1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE Mervair offers a subscription service that delivers air filters to your designated address on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to receive and pay for these filters every month until you cancel your subscription.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT By subscribing to Mervair, you:

  • Agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
  • Authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the monthly subscription fee.
  • Understand that your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed on the same day each month.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment is declined, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

  • Returns: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of used filters.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only available for defective products. To request a refund, please contact customer support within 30 days of receiving the defective product.
